PERFECT PAPER CRAFTING-Perfect Layers: Tools 1 & 2. Cut from 1/16 inch to 1/2 inch borders with no measuring! Perfect Layers is designed with a patented catch lip that easily bumps up along the picture. The tool hooks onto the edge of the image, giving the precise border measurement you want. This package contains two tools with eight different sizes: tool one allows for 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch and 5/8 inch borders, the second tool allows for 1/16 inch, 3/16 inch, 5/16 inch and 1/2 inch borders. Simply cut along the tool edge with a standard craft knife, and you'll have a perfect matted or framed result.
